Rene Stone had the privilege of speaking on the radio with Lisa Anderson on her show Around Ocean County on WJRZ FM 100.1.

Rene Stone, founder of the non profit organization Serenity Stables Founded in 2015, the program provides therapy at no cost to over 700 Veterans a month. She spoke about what is needed at the ranch and how it supports veterans.

Donations and volunteers are much needed as each therapy session can cost roughly 500 dollars. Maintaining the farm is also a priority, as well as the care and feeding of the horses.

Using the EGALA method, the horses and a licensed social worker provide therapy for Veterans suffering from depression, children with physical handicaps, and other injuries such as paralysis.
